Edovo Insight: A 10-minute Demo
The articles in this section of the Edovo Knowledge Base will dive into the functionality of each of these sections ensuring an understanding of all that is available within Insight:
Content allows you to explore the content that is available in the platform, see who has taken the course work, assign specific course work to learners and request course removal if necessary
Learners allows you to look into each Edovo learner at your facility. In the Inmates tab, you can message all Learners, edit their profiles and see what content they have engaged with
Investigate allows you to see all of the short answer questions that have been entered into the system. Note: short answer questions are not visible by the incarcerated person post submission
Analytics gives you some key insights into how the Learners at your facility are spending their time on Edovo
Administration allows staffers to invite new and manage staffers to Insight and view an audit trail of Insight activity
