From approval to access: your content’s final steps to go live

Once your content has cleared screening and evaluation—congratulations! That means it’s approved, aligned with Edovo’s mission, and ready for learners. Here’s what happens next:

Step 1: Choose your publishing scope
Decide how you'd like your content shared:

  • Nationwide access – Available to all participating facilities.

    • Perfect for content that serves a broad audience, supports key outcomes, or aligns with common programming needs. Your content will be made available to all participating facilities on the Edovo platform.

  • Facility-specific access – Published to a specific location or partner site.

    • Designed for content created in partnership with a local agency or intended for a particular site. We’ll publish your content directly to the designated facility and keep it scoped accordingly.

Step 2: Prepare your materials for submission
Gather one of the following:

  • Your completed stand-alone resource spreadsheet, or

  • A list of active content titles you want published

Step 3: Email Edovo
Send your materials to content@edovo.org and include:

  • Your chosen publishing scope (nationwide or facility-specific)

  • Any facility names, if selecting specific locations

Step 4: Edovo screens and evaluates your content
Your content goes through our screening and evaluation process to ensure it aligns with safety, security, educational quality, and relevance standards. This includes:

  • Content safety and appropriateness review

  • Licensing and copyright check

  • Educational value and learner experience evaluation

This process may take up to 30 business days, depending on volume and complexity.

Step 5: Edovo publishes eligible content

Once approved, Edovo will publish your content directly to the designated facilities or across the platform—based on your publishing scope.

If edits are required during screening or evaluation, we’ll reach out with clear guidance and partner with you to make the necessary updates. Our goal is to preserve your voice while ensuring your content meets the standards for safety, clarity, and impact.

Once finalized, your content will go live on secure tablets—ready to engage learners in real-time educational experiences.

Step 6: Receive a confirmation email

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your content has been published.

  • You’ll get access to your data dashboard so you can track engagement, impact, and reach.

Step 7: Receive an invoice from the Finance Team

  • The Edovo Finance Team will follow up with your invoice, if applicable.

Step 8: The best part: Watch the ripple effect!

And most exciting of all—your content is now live on secure tablets across the country, reaching incarcerated learners where it matters most!

Publishing isn’t the finish line—it’s the launchpad for deeper impact. Now that your content is live, here’s how you can keep the momentum going:
