Not sure where to start with Edovo? Listed below are some of our facilities favorite and most used features of Edovo. 

For the Learners: 
  1. Overwhelmed by the number of certificate requests? With Edovo, family, friends, and representatives of Edovo can reach out to us through our website to request certificates and transcripts of their loved ones while incarcerated reducing the burden of the staff to take care of them all. 
  2. Need a better way to explain who Edovo is and what is offered? This one pager can be posted in the dorms to assist. 

For the Staff: 
  1. Want to provide targeted assignments, messages and track progress for specific groups of learners? Creating Learner Groups is a great tool to ensure you're focusing on the right Learners in your population. 
  2. Make assignments and track enrollment: In the content tab, you can search for content by subject, title, author, etc. By exploring the content tab, you're able to think about relevant content that you can make available to your Learners based on their needs. 
  3. Want to deliver quarterly reports? The analytics tab of Insight allows you to filter by date and celebrate your milestones,  dig into patterns and time spent categories that Learners are engaging in; helping you understand your population better.
