(CORRECTIONAL STAFF) How Staff Members can View Edovo Learn from an Incarcerated Learner Perspective

Any staff with Insight credentials have two methods of exploring Edovo as if they were an Incarcerated Learner:
1. Through a browser search using go.edovo.com
2. On a connected tablet at their facility

Interested in exploring Edovo from the comfort of your desk? Simply head to go.edovo.com and follow the below steps:

  1. Using your browser (we recommend Chrome or Mozilla), visit go.edovo.com
  2. Log in using the same username/email and password that you use when logging into insight.edovo.com.
  3. Upon logging in, click the drop down list that names all of the facilities your account has access to.
  4. Click "Log in", and "Yes I Agree".
    1. You will now view the incarcerated learner perspective from your personal account.

Info
With the proper permissions, if you are looking to troubleshoot an issue for a Learner by logging into their Edovo account, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in using the same username/email and password that you use when logging in into insight.edovo.com
  2. After clicking login, click Inmate at the top right below where it says "admin login"
  3. Click the drop down list that names all of the facilities your account has access to and choose the one the Learner is currently active at
  4. Type in the facility ID number of the Learner who's account you're looking to triage.
  5. Click log in, and "Yes I Agree".
From here, you are replicating a specific learner profile. Any actions you take will be recorded as if they were that specific Learner.

Interested in seeing the Edovo Learner experience on the tablets at your facility instead?

Simply follow the same steps above, just on one of the tablets at your facility! When the tablet asks for Facility ID, you will simply use your Insight credentials, and make sure there is tablet connectivity where you are testing!
