How to Access and Print Learner Certificates and Transcripts

Who can access certificates and transcripts?
  1. Learners: After release, Learners can continue their education and access their certificates and transcripts through Edovo Go, a continuation of their inside account. And it's free. Here's how to request an Edovo Go account.

  2. Facility Staff: Facility staff can access and print certificates and transcripts. However, depending on facility rules, staff may or may not be able to provide them. If you are not facility staff and want to access a Learner's certifications and transcripts, read on.   3. Attorneys, Public Defenders, Family & Friends: You can request certificates and transcriptions for your loved ones or client on the Get Involved page of the Edovo website. See instructions below.

How to access a Learner transcript from the Edovo website

You can access Learner transcripts and certificates on the Edovo website without submitting a ticket. Here's how:

1. Learner shares unique code:
  1. Learners control who can access their transcripts and certificates. By default, sharing is enabled, but they can adjust this in their My Edovo profile (see image below).
  2. If the learner chooses to share, they'll generate a unique coe for you. Note: This code is not their Edovo ID.



2.  You use the code to download:
  1. Once yo have the code, visit the Transcript & Certificates Portal: edovo.com/transcripts (image below).
  2. Enter the unique code.
  3. Your loved one's transcript and certificates will be generated for download.

  1. If the code doesn't work, first confirm with the Learner that sharing is enabled and the code is active. (See step 1 above.)

Edovo Learner ID: The Edovo Learner ID is typically the Learner's permanent facility ID # or booking ID at the facility.  Your loved one or client will know what they use to log into Edovo!
