(CORRECTIONAL STAFF) How to Access and Print Learner Certificates and Transcripts
There are three ways learners can request or receive their transcripts and certificates.

1. When the learner is released, they are able to continue their education on Edovo Go. Transferring their inside account to an outside account allows them to access their certificates and transcripts as well as continue their education. More on that process here.
2. Facility Staff can access and print the earned certificates and transcripts at their facility. Every facility has access to fulfill those requests, however, depending on the facility rules, staff may or may not provide certificates and transcripts and the other two options presented here may be the only available approaches. 3. Attorneys, public defenders, family and friends can request their loved ones or client's certificates and transcripts through our website.
The following process articulates how a member of the public can request the certificates and transcripts of their loved ones or clients.
If rules at a facility disallow members of the public to request certificates and transcripts, this process may not apply.
Members of the public can find Edovo by going to edovo.org on any browser. From there, select "Transcripts" from the upper right hand corner of the website.
From there, click "Open transcript portal."
This will take you to a form to enter the learner's unique nine-digit code (you must get this code directly from the learner), which will then populate the learner's records.
