How to Request an "Edovo Go" Account
When a Learner is released, they are able to continue their education on Edovo Go. Edovo Go is a public instance of the formerly incarcerated Learners' experience from a public facing browser. This allows the formerly incarcerated Learners to pick up where they left off before they departed from the facility they were once incarcerated at. Edovo Go can be accessed from any browser and is free of charge to the Learners. Learners are also able to access their Certificates and Transcripts from Edovo Go as well.
In order to access the
Edovo go platform upon release, learners must first go to
Edovo.com
.
Once there, the Learner should navigate to
"Who We Serve" and then click "Justice-Impacted Learners":
- After clicking on Justice-Impacted Learners you should be taken to a page like the one below
- Once on this page, choose the "Get EdovoGO" option and access will be given to the form titled "Get access to EdovoGO"
- The Learner will now fill out the form, submit, and our customer support team will reach out with next steps
EdovoGO Registration Form
Once our support team is able to help the Learner transfer their account, they will be able to continue their education and access their certificates and transcripts on the outside.
Note: If a Learner switches to an Edovo Go Account after no longer being incarcerated, but then later becomes incarcerated once again, the Learner can not pick up where they left off while using Edovo Go. When they return to the facility (or go into a new one) they must create a completely new account and start fresh.
Edovo Go access is not accessible by facilities or facility staff. This is a publicly available version of Edovo.
