Edovo analytics tiers: basic, standard, and premium - What's the difference?

Edovo offers three set tiers of analytics dashboards for you to choose from, but what's the difference between each? In short:

Basic Analytics: Available freely to any content partner via the Edovo Editor application

  1. "Basic" informs you on the unique starts and completions of your published content, as well as how many unique incarcerated learners have engaged with your content at each correctional facility you materials are published to. These charts are presented with the option to export the data to a CSV.
  2. The "Basic" tier also provides content partners with exportable data charts that include:
    1. List of the correctional facilities Edovo is active within
    2. List of correctional facilities Edovo is pending deployment
    3. A breakdown of your published content (by month)
    4. A list of all your published content items



For both the "Standard" and "Premium" analytics dashboards, these are offered through our analytics platform, Quicksight (Quick Suite).  You can learn more on these offerings through our additional articles:

Standard Analytics: $2,500/year

"Standard" gives you deeper analytics, allowing you to understand how much time Learners are spending in your materials, seeing breakdowns of course and interactive resource engagement, access to quiz scores, lesson engagement, and more!

  2. Total hours spent
  3. Cumulative hours spent by facility
  4. Total # of incarcerated individuals engaged
  5. Average quiz score, % of course completions, and time spent by incarcerated individuals
  6. Course engagement by lesson
  7. Course ratings by incarcerated individuals



Premium Analytics: $5,000/year (Video Overview)

"Premium" enables access to everything above, as well as detailed filtering capabilities, enabling you to create custom data analytics reports, see engagement by individual facility or a group of facilities, as well as going even deeper into your coursework, allowing you to review deidentified incarcerated Learner responses to quiz questions, open response questions, and even read Learner course reviews!
