Accessing Your Edovo Engagement Analytics in Editor
Edovo content partners can now access basic engagement analytics directly in the Editor platform. These analytics help you understand how incarcerated learners are interacting with your courses and learning resources across the Edovo network.
How to Access Analytics

Log in to the Edovo Editor platform (https://editor.edovo.com/)

Click your username in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select Analytics from the dropdown menu.
You will then be taken to the Analytics dashboard, where you can explore engagement data for your published content.
What You Can See in the Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard includes several reports to help you understand how learners are engaging with your content.
- Unique Course and Lesson Engagement
- Unique Course Engagement by Facility
- Unique Course Engagement by Title
- Unique Learning Resource Engagement by Facility
- Unique Learning Resource Engagement by Title
- Live Facilities
- Pending Facilities
- Published Content Count
- Published Content Items
Exporting Your Data
All analytics tables in the dashboard can be exported as a CSV file.
To export your data:

Locate the download icon in the top-right corner of any analytics table.

Click the icon to download the data as a CSV file for offline analysis.
This allows your team to analyze engagement trends, build reports, or combine Edovo data with your internal analytics tools.
Need More Advanced Analytics?
The Editor dashboard provides basic engagement insights. If you’re interested in deeper analytics, such as expanded reporting, additional filters, and enhanced engagement insights, you may want to consider upgrading to a Premium Analytics Dashboard.
