Why Premium?
Not only is Premium the only tier that enables access to deidentified incarcerated Learner responses to quiz questions, open response questions, and course reviews, but it also grants you access to powerful filtering capabilities -- by both custom date ranges and/or custom facility filtering to narrow down your engagement data.
Filter by specific date ranges and build reports for all engagement data in your content for 2024, or for Q1 of 2025 for example.

Add on to your date range filters or just filter separately by a single correctional facility, or, a group of correctional facilities, enabling you to build reports like:
All engagement data in Q1 of 2025 for correctional facilities in California prisons, or all engagement data from all time for correctional facilities in Washington County.

Utilize the Course filter to pull all deidentified incarcerated learner responses to the questions within your courses, interactive resources, assessments, or surveys, or, restrict your results to one individual course, using the same filters above to limit responses from a specific date range and/or correctional facility!
Please note, the "Inmate GUID" we provide through this dashboard is an Edovo internal ID only and does not correspond to a real incarcerated persons actual "Inmate ID" that is assigned to them by their correctional facility. We do this to protect an incarcerated persons privacy. If you are interested in gathering personal information from incarcerated people, please reach out to an Edovo representative to discuss more about administering Surveys on Edovo or implementing a digital application or one-way correspondence questionnaire.
