Improved Certificate Retrieval

Facility staff are now able to access Learner certificates in two ways:

Within the Learner Engagement Page
Within the Course Enrollment Page

With these new processes of accessing and downloading certificates in place, we have deprecated the current Certificates tab within Insight.

Interested in seeing what certificates have been earned for a specific course at your facility? Simply head to the course enrollment page to view and download those certificates.

Or perhaps you want to print certificates for a Learner based on specific criteria such as quiz score. Filtering to your desired criteria is seamless in the Learner Engagement Screen.

Remember, Learners are still able to access their certificates while in custody in their Edovo profile and upon release by signing up for their Edovo Go account.
