(CORRECTIONAL STAFF) Insight Staff Roles and Permissions

There are three standard roles available for Staff Members within Insight: 

1. Executive 
2. Strategic
3. Front Line 

The permissions for each of the roles are listed below: 

Executive 
  1. Staff Access and Management (for details on this, visit this article)
    1. The ability to invite new staffers to the Insight Portal
    2. The ability to manage any existing staff members by editing their roles or disabling access
  2. Learner Service Management (for details on this, visit this article) 
    1. The ability to disable individual Learner access to Edovo by turning on or off their ability to log in
  3. Analytics 
    1. The ability to see snapshots of activity at a given facility
  4. Learner Support
    1. The ability to create and manage assignments for Learner Groups
    2. The ability to edit Learner profiles 
    3. The ability to investigate short answers from Learners
    4. The ability to track content taken by the Learner
    5. The ability to view and print certificates and transcripts
    6. Assign coursework to individual or groups of Learners
  5. Demonstration abilities
    1. The ability to log in replicating the Learner experience at go.edovo.com using Insight credentials
    2. The ability to log in as a designated Leaner using their ID at go.edovo.com using Insight credentials
  6. Investigation Abilities
    1. The ability to investigate short answers typed in by Learners
Strategic
  1. Analytics 
    1. The ability to see snapshots of activity at a given facility

    1. The ability to create and manage assignments for Learner Groups
