Edovo Name and Trademark Use Policy

Edovo’s name, logo, and other brand elements represent our mission to expand access to education and opportunity for justice-involved learners. We welcome references to our work when they are accurate, respectful, and aligned with this Policy.

  1. Permitted Use

Partners and collaborators may reference Edovo in external materials—including press releases, grant reports, research, or promotional content—only when such references:

  • Accurately describe the nature of the partnership or project;

  • Do not imply Edovo’s endorsement of a product, service, or organization; and

  • Have been reviewed and approved by Edovo’s communications in advance.

  1. Use of Edovo Marks

  • The Edovo name, logo, and visual marks are protected trademarks of the Edovo Foundation.

  • Partners may display these marks solely in connection with approved educational collaborations or licensed content on the Edovo platform.

  • Logos or brand assets must not be modified, distorted, combined with other marks, or used in any manner that could misrepresent Edovo’s mission or reputation.

  1. Prohibited Use

Partners may not:

  • Suggest that Edovo endorses or sponsors a third-party product, service, or opinion; or

  • Register or use any trademark, domain name, or handle that includes “Edovo” or any confusingly similar variation.

  1. Attribution

When approved use of the Edovo name or logo is granted, the following attribution must appear clearly:
