Video Uploads Not Working and/or Stalling

  1. Try Chrome as your browser
  2. Try smaller files and make sure they are compressed (link to instructions)
  3. If you get a 413 error, try a smaller file
  4. Check your internet connection speed - if it is unstable, uploads will fail as soon as the connection drops
Feedback field for quiz questions within a course is not saving modifications/changes.

  3. Try duplicating the question, modify the feedback, and test to see if it saved.
 Formatting from external sources is appearing in   Edovo Editor.

  1. Text with formatting from external sources will not display well on the Learner-facing-platform and will negatively impact the Learning experience. To clear formatting on all text. To remove formatting, select all text in the text box and click on this button:
