Want to active content (like a course or interactive resource), rather than upload stand-alone content? Check out these articles. Make sure you have received your countersigned agreements, folders, and spreadsheet from the Edovo Content Team before beginning the upload process.
Accepted file formats for passive content: MP4, MP3, PDF, MOV
Accepted file formats for icons: JPEG and PNG, preferably 500px X 500px in resolution
Maximum file size: 7 GB
Once we receive your spreadsheet, the review, screening, and publishing process may take up to 30 business days.

Before uploading your stand-alone, passive content to the Edovo platform, please make sure you have received the following from our Content Team:

Countersigned copies of your content licensing and publishing fee agreements

Resources Folder

Icons Folder

Edovo-provided Spreadsheet
If you are missing any of the materials above, please contact our Content Team at content@edovo.org and provide the following information: Your first and last name
Your organization’s name
Materials you’re requesting
Do you have files that are not in the accepted formats (MP4, MP3, PDF)? Free online sites such as FreeConvert or CloudConvert provide easy-to-use tools to convert any file format to one of the three acceptable formats.

- Individual File Title (title Learners will see)
- Link to Image (from the Icons Folder)
- Description for Individual File / Item
