How to Revisit and Retake Completed Coursework

How to Revisit and Retake Completed Coursework

Once you've completed a course, here's how the review and retake process works based on your performance:

Passing Score

If you earn a passing score, you can go back and review the course material at any time. However, while you're able to revisit the content, you won’t be able to resubmit any of your answers.

Learn more about course scoring here.

Needs Improvement Score

If you receive a "needs improvement" score, you have the opportunity to retake the entire course. This includes submitting new responses to all the questions. However, as with a passing score, you cannot view your previously submitted answers.

In all cases, learners are unable to see their submitted responses, but they can still access and review the learning materials to reinforce their knowledge.
