Re-entry assistance
Randy Kearse is founder and CEO of, “Reentry Strategies (RES)”. The concept for RES was created while Randy was serving a 15-year sentence in federal prison for a nonviolent drug offense. While serving his sentence and repaying his debt to society, Randy had a growing desire to live and experience a better quality of life, which he knew could not be obtained through the lifestyle that led him to prison.
During his incarceration, Randy discovered that if he wanted to change, he'd have to take the initiative to rehabilitate himself into his own hands because rehabilitative programming in the FBOP was either outdated, not created by people who shared his life experiences, or rehabilitation programs were non-existent. After years of internal soul searching, reflection, and coming face-to-face with his own personal truths, Randy was able to create, develop and implement a strategy that helped him reach the ultimate goal of change and successful transition from prison back to his family, community and society.
Today Randy is a positive life strategist. He creates solution-based strategies to help people abandon destructive behaviors, reckless lifestyles, and poor decision-making. Leaning on firsthand experiences, Randy believes everyone has the potential to change. He himself went from being an honor student to high school dropout to being deemed “a menace to society” by a judge who sentenced him to 15 years in federal prison.
Randy Kearse took circumstances that would stagnate the average person and turned those circumstances into a stepping stone for success. He is taking his proven method of succeeding against all odds and sharing it with people from all walks of life. As a success coach, he uses his experiences and proven methodology of change to teach people how to succeed, face adversity and overcome the challenge to change. Mr. Kearse's no nonsense, no excuses, take responsibility for your life message has been extremely receptive among young people and adults. Plain spoken, versed in the street way of life, he's able to communicate his message effectively because he's been there. Articulate, Randy will leave anyone who hears him speak, motivated, inspired and full of hope for a brighter future.
