Who can see Learner’s answer responses?

Who can see Learner’s answer responses?

  1. Unfortunately, Learners are not able to review their responses to open-response questions after submitting them due to security concerns raised when some individuals used the open-response fields to pass messages. As shown in the example below, a Learner submitted their response and can see the date their work was submitted. They are not able to review or see their entered response.
  2. Facility staff who have certain permission settings within our facility staff portal, Insight, are able to view learner answer responses.
  3. Content partners who opt to upgrade to a premium analytics dashboard will have access to view deidentified Learner responses to all question types.
