Who can see Learner’s answer responses?
- Unfortunately, Learners are not able to review their responses to open-response questions after submitting them due to security concerns raised when some individuals used the open-response fields to pass messages. As shown in the example below, a Learner submitted their response and can see the date their work was submitted. They are not able to review or see their entered response.
- Facility staff who have certain permission settings within our facility staff portal, Insight, are able to view learner answer responses.
- Content partners who opt to upgrade to a premium analytics dashboard will have access to view deidentified Learner responses to all question types.
