Utilize our expertise to tailor your foundational curriculum or content for an incarcerated audience, converting existing materials into comprehensive curricula, adapting content to meet specific needs, and seamlessly transferring digital courses to the Edovo platform, saving you time and ensuring readiness for correctional settings.

We offer three tiers of professional services and will work closely with you to determine which tier is best for your needs and provide you with a quote that reflects the scope and sequence of your project.

Tier I: Creation of Custom Courses on Edovo Platform: Edovo will create standalone assets (including but not limited to courses, series, or learning paths) based on information and material provided by the Client. Client will provide Edovo copies of the source materials, courses, and other content that Edovo will utilize in the creation of the standalone assets.  These materials will be shared with Edovo by Client as downloadable assets via file sharing services that are accessible to Edovo's staff. All materials are to be made available for 12 months, or until the project is complete. 

Course structure may be modified to align with Edovo’s research-based Best Practices for Learner Success. Edovo's estimated hours will include two rounds of review and revisions with Client, with a maximum of 5 hours allocated to total revision time. These hours are built into the total estimated hours shown in the cost structure below.  

Tier II: Creation Consulting: Edovo will provide curriculum design guidance and review of Client materials to ensure they are consistent with Edovo research-based Best Practices for Learner Success. Edovo will work with the client in a consultative approach by providing written recommendations and frameworks so the Client can then transform materials into a proper Edovo course. Edovo will provide Client with appropriate training on the Edovo educational platform, Edovo Course Editor and other tools, as required. These services can be provided via phone, video call or other correspondence as necessary. 

Tier III:  Uploading and Compiling: Edovo, using existing Client assets, will upload and compile courses and other content using Edovo’s Course Editor and other tools. Client’s learning materials will be shared with Edovo by Client as downloadable assets via file sharing services that are accessible to Edovo's staff. All materials are to be made available for 12 months, or until the project is complete.  The Client is responsible for the curriculum design of the coursework and will provide Edovo with a clear outline of how the course should be built on the platform: i.e. Course objectives, lesson titles, lesson objectives, scope and sequence, etc.
