Submitting a Course to Edovo for Publishing
Once your course is created in Editor, inform us by emailing content@edovo.com with the following:
Subject: Course Ready For Review
Email associated with your account
Title of the course
Facility or facilities where your course should be available
Indicate "All facilities" if you don't want to restrict your content to a specific facility
Note: If you are uploading your coursework for a specific facility, Edovo reserves the right to confirm your relationship with said facility.
Your request will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed, we will assign the course to a test facility for you to log into at go.edovo.com and test your course. Edovo Go is an environment built to mimic the incarcerated learner experience.
Once you have finished testing and are satisfied with your course, let us know and we will make it available to incarcerated learners at your indicated facilities.
If you do not need to test your course in Edovo Go, simply include a note saying “confirm ready for go-live!” Within the confirmation email that your content has been uploaded.
