Removing Content Items from Edovo at your Facility

If you find any Edovo content that is not relevant or appropriate for the Learners at your facility, you can take request it be removed from your instance of Edovo.

Request RemovalYou can request removal of any content in the Insight Content Directory.

To request content removal:
  1. Find the content you'd like to remove in the Content Directory
  2. Click the content to navigate to the content details page
  3. On content details, click Request removal
  4. You will see a popup with a field confirming your removal request; add any details about your request in this field
  5. Click Submit request
  6. The Edovo team will process your request within two business days
Don't forget to add information about why you are requesting content removal! The details of your requests inform improvements to our content and operations.
