Changing Minimum Quiz Score After Initial Configuration
Changing Minimum Quiz Score After Initial Configuration
Edovo’s default passing quiz score is 70%. When Edovo is first configured for an agency, the agency has the opportunity to change that default to a value that better reflects its course completion requirements.
If the agency standard changes after initial implementation, the passing quiz score value can be updated; however, any courses completed prior to the update will be held to the agency's original quiz score requirement on transcripts and certificates. This can cause a discrepancy between the current requirements your Learner’s can see in the Learn app and the score presented on completion documents. Because correcting this discrepancy incurs a cost for Edovo, there is an associated fee for any agencies who request a quiz score update after initial configuration.
If your agency would like to discuss changes to this configuration, please contact your tablet provider.
