How to Upload a Learning Resource to Edovo?
For content partners or facilities that have materials they wish to upload that are Learning Resources, such as books, podcasts, inspirational videos, flyers, or other materials of the like, these Learning Resources can be shared with Edovo for us to assist in the upload process. To ensure these materials are best represented on the Edovo Learn platform, we ask for the following information:
If the content and materials are not the IP of the person requesting upload, that Edovo be connected with whomever owns the rights to the materials to ensure we can have a content agreement in place, giving Edovo permission to add these to our platform, whether that be just for one facility or for all facilities Edovo works within.
If the content and materials are facility updates or creations of facility programming staff, then no formal agreement is necessary on our end. We will only publish those materials to the designated facilities requested.
Once you have the paperwork in place, open a ticket with us below by "opening a ticket" or at support.edovo.com with the following information.
Link(s) to or attachments of the files to download for us to upload
Title to each of the files shared
Description to each of the files shared
Icon / image (to represent it within our system -- this can be the same icon for each file or a unique icon image for each. Edovo recommends 500px X 500px for these files)
Any additional information you wish to include about these files to incarcerated learners
Stuck at opening a ticket? Select the following options:
1. Content Editor Support
2. Resource Upload Request
3. Complete the required fields!
With this information, Edovo will review the materials and add them to our queue for upload. Your resource will be available within one week.
