How to Navigate your Edovo Profile

The Profile icon in the top right corner allows Learners to access notifications, a calculator, dictionary, and support portal.

The notifications tab allows users the ability to receive messages from facility managers or Edovo administration. Each message is either a standard message or a Mandatory message:

Mandatory messages will pop up on the screen upon logging into the Edovo platform or will interrupt the activity and must be acknowledged immediately.
Standard messages are informational messages to be viewed whenever the Learner chooses.

Messages can also be sent facility wide, or directly to you as the Learner. Learners cannot respond to messages within the portal.

The Calculator function allows Learners assistance with any mathematical problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, square roots, etc.
The Dictionary tool gives users the opportunity to look up definitions to get a better understanding of a word. This tool is available in the profile tools and embedded within a select number of courses.

The Help/Support portal leads the Learner to view Frequently Asked Questions, Tutorial documents, and videos, to help them best learn how to navigate the Edovo application; reducing the overall support needed at the facility level.

And Lastly, this is where Learners will Log out of the platform; and important action in order to save the integrity of an individuals' account.
