How do I preview my survey?

To preview a survey in our demo environment, please follow the steps below:
  1. In the Content Editor, duplicate the survey you'd like to preview and retitle it PREVIEW: Name of the survey. 

  1. Check the survey for any fields outlined in red as shown below. You’ll need to either complete or delete that page item.
We will not be able to publish your content if there are page items outlined in a red box
  1. Email the title of your preview to content@edovo.org and we'll publish the survey to a demo site for you to review.
  2. Our Content Team will send you an email with a link to your survey.
  3. BEFORE clicking on the link, navigate to https://go.edovo.com/login. 
      1. This is a preview environment, so not all of the content and curriculum is present.
      1. For the "Learner ID"// "Facility ID", utilize the same email and password you used to log into the Edovo Editor.
You must log in before clicking on the link we send you.
  1. From here, you'll be given a few options to log in. The only one to note is the "Ignore Lesson Requirements" option.
    1. If you wish to preview a survey as an incarcerated learner would uncheck the box next to "Ignore Lesson Requirements" to set it off.
    2. Turning this option off will require you (as a learner) to complete all content within a survey's pages before you are able to continue to the next page or page item within the lesson
  2. If you wish to preview a survey as an Admin, leave the box checked "on". This will allow you to skip around the survey and not complete content in sequence. 
  3. To find your survey, click on Discovery and use the search button on the top right corner to search for your content’s title.
