How do I preview my interactive resource?

To preview an interactive resource in our demo environment, please follow the steps below:
  1. In the Edovo Editor, duplicate the interactive resource you'd like to preview and retitle it PREVIEW: Name of the interactive resource. 

  1. Check the interactive resource for any fields outlined in red as shown below. You’ll need to either complete or delete that page item. 
We will not be able to publish your content if there are page items outlined in a red box.


  1. Email the title of your preview to content@edovo.org and we'll publish the course to a demo site for you to review.
  2. Our Content Team will send you an email with a link to your course.
  3. BEFORE clicking on the link, navigate to https://go.edovo.com/login. 
      1. This is a preview environment, so not all of the content and curriculum is present.
      1. For the "Learner ID"// "Facility ID", utilize the same email and password you used to log into the Edovo Editor.
    You must log in before clicking on the link we send you.
    1. From here, you'll be given a few options to log in. The only one to note is the "Ignore Lesson Requirements" option.
      1. If you wish to preview an interactive resource as an incarcerated learner would uncheck the box next to "Ignore Lesson Requirements" to set it off.
      2. Turning this option off will require you (as a learner) to complete all content within an interactive resource's lesson pages before you are able to continue to the next page or page item within the lesson
    2. If you wish to preview an interactive resource as an Admin, leave the box checked "on". This will allow you to skip around the interactive resource and not complete content in sequence. 
    3. To find your interactive resource, click on Discovery and use the search button on the top right corner to search for your content’s title.
