The Art of Soulmaking Course
Our
Art of Soulmaking Course offers an inner journey to
finding unconditional freedom within oneself regardless of life circumstances. Participants are guided through first building a foundation of contemplative practices including yoga, meditation, and journaling, and are then guided through a series of basic spiritual lessons including finding one’s inner goodness, forgiveness, and working with emotion.
The result of the program is that participants are able to take their darkness and pain and transform these into a sense of purpose, creativity, and deeper meaning in life. Now offered at over 75 facilities across the country with more than 1,000 participants, data shows participants experience significant reductions in stress, depression, and anxiety, and increases in gratitude and optimism. Participants can request an outside volunteer penpal to exchange letters with as they take their Art of Soulmaking journey.
Restoring Dignity
The Unconditional Freedom Project’s Art of Soulmaking eight-week correspondence course is about restoring dignity. Restoring dignity means restoring the idea that every single human being has a unique purpose and genius inside of them. The workbook is a monastery in a book. You will learn self-inquiry, yoga, meditation, as well as have the opportunity to write with a penpal on the outside. Soulmaking is about discovering who we are together.
