Dear staff:
In the coming weeks, we will be deploying Edovo on the tablets available to our incarcerated population. Edovo is an application that provides educational, vocational and rehabilitative curriculums and content specifically built for corrections. The application is free to the population and fosters an environment dedicated to lowering recidivism, increasing safety inside and outside correctional walls and driving more positive outcomes for incarcerated people – all goals of our institution.
Offering Edovo to our incarcerated population means that we are delivering:
Over 25k hours of academic, self-improvement and vocational programming
Content from some of the most reputable providers in the space: MasterClass, Google, Shining Light, LinkedIn, Prison Fellowship, the Lionheart Foundation, Prison Professors and more
Tools to allow us to digitally monitor, engage and track Learner progress
Edovo provides free virtual trainings each week. We encourage your to sign up here. To help you get started, I've attached resources showcasing Edovo's value and a step-by-step onboarding guide.
The Program Staff
It’s also important to communicate with the program staff at your facility. These are the individuals that need to know what tools and data Edovo provides that can lead to increased efficiency, expand access and provide measurable data to drive decisions.

Front Line Staff
Front line staff are often going to be the first line of defense for any application related questions. While your officers are not Edovo’s support team, it’s important they feel just equipped enough to know what Edovo is should any questions arise.

The Edovo application is safe and secure and does not allow access to the outside internet and only corrections-appropriate content. Edovo has successfully been deployed to over a thousand correctional agencies across the nation.
Edovo provides our population with over 25k hours of digital academic, self-improvement and vocational programming to everyone with a tablet.
All standard support processes will remain in place for general tablet assistance.
