Content available within Edovo is beginning to be transcribed to both English and Spanish, allowing Learners to choose their appropriate closed captioning options to best fit their needs.

With the robust and ever-expanding catalog of educational content Edovo has to offer, Learners need to be able to find what they are looking for quickly and easily. Content Series helps to improve the user experience by organizing like-content into seasons and series to make browsing and navigating to the next episode more logical. Now, when a Learner is browsing in Discovery, all episodes of a series will be grouped under a single content item, allowing users to scroll less and explore more.

The Learner Profile Surveys ask about individual attributes, interests, and educational areas for improvement. The data gathered in these surveys will inform the learner profile so we can (1) generate Learning Path recommendations, and (2) allow learners to update their preferences over time, in turn, updating Learning Path recommendations. Once the Learner Profile Survey is complete, the user will be taken to their “Recommended Learning Paths” in My Edovo. These Learning Paths are curated courses based on their selected interests.

Edovo now has gamification features available within the Edovo Learn application. Achievements will provide continued encouragement when learners engage in coursework and learning resources. Learners can now earn badges for Lessons and courses engagement, points earned staging, correct quiz answers,

Historically, the Analytics page was limited to only the previous week's data. In 2022, we expanded those analytics to provide all data at the facility, allowing a facility to create year-end reports, do comparative analysis and observe trends at their facility. Strategic and Executive Insight users can now more easily provide course feedback to individual Learners when they review a Learner’s course engagement metrics. When a user sends a Learner feedback, that Learner receives a notification containing the Insight user’s message and a link to the relevant course.

We launched a new user interface to Insight; refreshing the overall homepage and experience while using Edovo Insight. We also improved the Learner Engagement screen; allowing for improved review of a Learner's activity, the ability to filter and review coursework and responses and reduce overall time to track a Learner's progress.

With the launch of Learner Groups; a staffer is now able curate Learners into specific Learner groups before taking actions like assigning coursework and viewing progress. This tool is great for case managers to be able to target their search and assignments instead of having to look through the entire population.
